I have known Faye professionally for 5 years and in that time have worked closely with her on a range of SEND  projects. Her management skills allow her to successfully take a project from start to finish with effectiveness and impact.

In the work I have been involved with alongside Faye she was responsible for initiating, designing, planning, executing, monitoring and completing projects. She skilfully managed the expectations of key stakeholders and was adept at communicating project milestones.

Faye is committed to ensuring projects progress smoothly and demonstrates very strong organisational skills.

Faye’s active listening skills are exceptional and contributes to effective communication. She connects well with team members and forges trusting collaborations with stakeholders.

Alison Leonard, Assistant Head Teacher & SENCO

Quinton Church Primary School, Birmingham

When I became a new SENCo, Faye’s encouragement, support and guidance was invaluable. Her vast experience, dedication and passion around SEND pupils came through and enabled me to launch into my journey as a SENCo, with a wealth of knowledge and expertise.

Faye has provided support both personally and in her capacity of leading the SENCo MAT Network sessions that I attend. During these meetings Faye provides up to date briefings around providing the best possible support to SEND pupils inline with statutory guidance as well as sharing best practice and providing training on a range of topics.

Dan Rogers, Deputy Head of School

St Michael’s C of E Primary Academy, Birmingham

It has been invaluable working with Faye to support the strategical development of SEND provision across  school.  Faye is extremely knowledgeable and skilled in all areas of inclusion, as a new SENCO it has been useful to draw on this.

Faye inspired me to develop a SEMH support package utilising our existing pastoral resources. This has had a postive impact on the support teaching staff  now have to help meet the SEMH needs in the classroom, whilst also ensuring the correct level of provision is in place through targeted provision for these pupils.

Jayne Bannister, Class teacher and SENCo

St Margaret’s CE Primary, Solihull

While conducting a SEND Review at my School, Faye identified that I needed help to develop my role as a strategic leader of SEND across the school.  Faye’s advice and guidance has enabled me to feel better equipped to work alongside other school leaders to monitor and influence the quality of provision provided at St Margaret’s for SEND pupils.

Faye was very approachable, she explained ideas clearly, asked pertinent questions and helped me to problem solve, which enabled me to reflect on my role as a SENCo and how to develop this role moving forward.
